With over 20 years of progressive executive management experience, Sanoj oversees the execution of Ploutus Group’s mission, vision, and strategy. He leads the overall financial and operational direction of the Group, while managing key client relationships and spearheading initiatives in sectors including finance, construction and infrastructure, technology, oil and gas, renewable energy, mobile telecommunications, commodity trading, food distribution, consultancy services, mining, precious metals, health, travel, and tourism. Known as “OJ,” Sanoj has held significant roles in both private and publicly traded companies. His business ventures extend beyond the USA to the African and Asian continents, as well as the Caribbean islands.
Throughout his career, Sanoj has built an extensive network of investors, business leaders, attorneys, banks, and technology partners. He is committed to developing projects that impact lives, reduce poverty, and combat disease, focusing on creating a legacy for future generations. Originally from Sri Lanka, Sanoj inherited the entrepreneurial spirit from his family and ventured into business at a young age. Upon immigrating to the United States, he embarked on a multifaceted career that began in business and finance, gradually expanding into infrastructure development. His entrepreneurial journey further evolved with ventures in gold trading, small-scale mining, and large infrastructure projects across Asia and Africa. Sanoj’s portfolio also includes notable involvement in U.S. government contracting within the IT space, where he leveraged technology to drive efficiency and innovation. As the driving force behind Ploutus Group, he is currently leading the group towards an IPO, offering his investment expertise and strategic leadership across diverse verticals.

Luis has extensive experience in business development and sales. As an executive he has built and maintained critical relationships, obtained and managed billions of dollars worth of government and corporate security contracts in the US and abroad. With an MBA in International Business and an MPM from Regis University, he also sits on several intelligence boards across the spectrum of National security for the US and other nations. Luis has controlled multimillion-dollar annual budgets; efficiently selecting, negotiating and purchasing security/protection contracts for equipment and services dealt with a wide range of vendors and obtained the best quality at the least cost. Apart from having served in the US military, he has also been a senior inspector and sheriff, has planned protection duties for multiple automobile and media companies and worked under several other intelligence agencies in the United States. Mr. Vega strives to aid clients in strengthening growth efforts in corporate and government security programs and to extend the knowledge of business ownership, risk, process, expert training instruction and facilitation.

Naveen has worked for some of the largest conglomerates in Sri Lanka and held management positions as the Head of IT Group Infrastructure at John Keells Holding Limited, Head of Information Communication Technology at Finlays Colombo PLC, and Account / Project Manager at Virtusa Corporation. He has also worked for British Telecom in London, UK. Naveen has over 25 years of experience in the information technology field, as a Software developer using Account / Project Manager platforms, and in areas such as IT infrastructure, data & VOIP networks, IT security systems, and centralized & decentralized server management. Since 2006, Naveen has been involved in Project Management, ERP Implementation, VMware, MS Office 365, Data Centers, and 24×7 onsite/Offshore Server maintenance support.
Naveen also has experience in server virtualization using VMware, cloud computing with MS office 365, ERP implantation, Development of data centers and disaster recovery planning, customer software development, and enterprise development of website, firewalls, WAN, LAN &VLAN’s.”
Working for group companies with multi-sector businesses and designing and being involved in business process reengineering, Naveen has also gathered in-depth knowledge of many business sectors.
